My must haves' are a functional, brand-new room with Balinese style and a/c, for example...

Halal food is available. The staff assist with shuttle and airport transfer, but don't expect them to carry you around. WiFi is available in public areas, so you can pretend to work while scrolling through social media. The airport is only 27 km away, giving you a quick escape from this paradise. Monkey Forest is nearby, because who doesn't want monkeys stealing their snacks? Breakfast can be delivered to your room, so you don't have to interact with anyone before noon.

Sadly, I wasn't escorted everywhere by a personal butler. Missed opportunity, really.

Our room was super clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud 😊. Plus, we had our own bathroom.

The hosts were amazing and provided excellent service with great attention to detail. They were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and just the right size. the breakfast, including the Balinese cake and tropical fruits, was delicious and served with a smile. We appreciated that the air conditioning was always running when we returned to our room. the taxi service offered was reasonably priced and provided the same level of great service. We were also grateful for the host's knowledge of the history and culture of the area.

There were no negative aspects to mention. Our experience was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

I stayed at this lovely family-owned hotel for three nights and it was an amazing experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated my dietary preferences. They also provided me with a motorbike rental and gave me great recommendations for places to visit. It truly felt like a home away from home.
